Notice of Share Transfer (Becoming a Wholly Owned Subsidiary)
Interchip had become a wholly owned subsidiary of Mikasa Shoji Co., Ltd. pursuant to the share transfer agreement concluded with its shareholders. Former President Kamiya has resigned and Ariyoshi has been appointed as President and Representative Director. Please refer here in detail.
